These are sessions with our Assessors, who are trained counsellors.

(NB: This fee is payable in advance and is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed with either the assessment or sessions post assessment)

Individual Sessions - Counselling (50 minute sessions):

These are sessions with our Placement Counsellors.

Specialist Trauma Counselling (50 minute sessions):

(includes EMDR & REWIND Therapy)

These are sessions with our specialist trauma trained, senior therapists.

These are sessions with our couples therapy trained, senior therapists.

Payment Information:

Please remember that your sessions must be paid for at the time of the appointment, by card. Face to face sessions are not charged in advance. 

 

We do not offer credit of any kind.

​

Online sessions are charged in advance, and a payment link will be sent to you by your therapist at least 36 hours before your session, along with your meeting link.

Cancelling Sessions:

*Sessions cancelled without a full 48hrs notice made directly to your therapist

will be charged for at full fee*
